She co-hosts a comedy show titled Tinkle Twins with Dana Gould at Meltdown Comics.

As a child, she enjoyed seeing Annie on Broadway and would stage plays in her neighborhood.

She received a degree in theater and studio arts from Colorado College, a small liberal arts school.

At her graduation, she was elected commencement speaker.

She worked on NBC’s Late Night with Conan O’Brien as an intern and mostly ran the Xerox machine.

After graduation, she moved to Chicago and studied improvisational comedy. She became a member of the Improv Olympic. She continued to be a part of the same group when she relocated to New York City and Los Angeles.

Straight Outta Lil’ Compton, a standup comedy act was partly based on a section of her own life experiences.
